🚗 Parking Tips: Garage and Street Parking Options

1. On-Site Garage (Best Option)

There is a secure, underground parking garage located directly beneath our building at 2021 K Street NW.

  • Entrance: Look for the garage entrance on K Street to the left of the pedestrian entrance (right next to Froggy Bottom Pub)

  • Elevator access brings you directly to our floor (Suite 605).

  • Garage is open during normal business hours. Payment is required at exit.

2. Metered Street Parking

There is metered street parking along K Street, 21st Street, and I Street — especially in the mornings.

  • Rates are usually $2–$3/hour depending on location.

  • Meters typically have a 2-hour limit and accept credit cards or the ParkMobile app.

  • Be sure to check signs carefully for rush hour restrictions (no parking after 3:30 p.m. in some areas).

If our building’s garage is full, there are several public garages within a 1–2 block radius:

  • Colonial Parking – 2101 L St NW
